We require information about your dog’s health, temperament and behaviour.
This allows us to ensure both your dog and those already in our care have a fun and enjoyable time with us.
Please be aware that we may require a pre-meeting before your dog attends The Doggy Day Care Centre.
Please call your local centre to find out more information.
If we feel your dog will not enjoy or benefit from our environment for any reason we will suggest that The Doggy Day Care Centre is not suitable for your dog. We say this with the kindest of regards.
After completing your registration form, we will also require copies of your pets vaccination record.
