User Agreement

Welcome to The Doggy Day Care Centre’s website (“the Website”). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to comply with and be bound by this User Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Website.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this User Agreement, as well as any additional guidelines, policies, or rules published on the Website.

2. Modifications to the Agreement

The Doggy Day Care Centre reserves the right to amend this User Agreement at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the Website after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

3. Use of the Website

You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit the use and enjoyment of the Website by others. Prohibited activities include:

• Engaging in unlawful conduct.
• Uploading or transmitting harmful, disruptive, or malicious content.
• Attempting to interfere with the Website’s operation.

4. Privacy Policy

Your use of the Website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which can be found here. Please review this policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

5. Information About Your Dog

We require information about your dog’s health, temperament, and behaviour. This allows us to ensure both your dog and those already in our care have a fun and enjoyable time with us.

Please be aware that your dog will need to attend an enrolment period before your dog attends The Doggy Day Care Centre. Please call your local centre to find out more information.

If we feel your dog will not enjoy or benefit from our environment for any reason, we will suggest that The Doggy Day Care Centre is not suitable for your dog. We say this with the kindest of regards.

After completing your registration form, we will also require copies of your pet’s vaccination record.

6. Dog Owner Agreement

1. I understand that I am solely responsible for any and all harm caused by my dog while attending The Doggy Day Care Centre.
2. I further understand and agree in admitting my dog that The Doggy Day Care Centre has relied on my representation that my dog is in good health and has not harmed or shown aggression or threatening behaviour toward any person or dog.
3. I further understand that during normal dog play, my dog may sustain injuries. All dog play is carefully monitored to avoid injury, but scratches, punctures, or other injuries may occur despite the best supervision.
4. I further understand that The Doggy Day Care Centre is a place where animals comingle, and I am responsible for the medical treatment of any injury or illness that my dog receives while at daycare. I agree to pay all costs for my dog that may arise as a result of injury or illness.
5. I further understand that if I fail to provide proof of current vaccinations or if my dog’s vaccinations are found to be incomplete, The Doggy Day Care staff have the right to refuse service until current proof is provided.
6. I further understand and agree that any behavioural or health problems that develop with my dog will be treated as deemed best by the staff at The Doggy Day Care Centre, in their sole discretion, and that I will assume full financial responsibility for any and all expenses involved. I authorise The Doggy Day Care Centre to obtain medical records and/or treatments for my dog in the event of injury or illness from my vet or from the closest veterinary clinic.
7. I further understand that bitches must not be brought into The Doggy Day Care Centre when in season.
8. I further understand that although my dog is vaccinated against kennel cough, there is still a possibility that my dog may contract kennel cough whilst attending The Doggy Day Care Centre.
9. I further agree to notify The Doggy Day Care Centre of any infectious and/or contagious disease or condition my dog has been exposed to or is affected by. Diseases and conditions include, but are not limited to, kennel cough, fleas, worms, hepatitis, infectious skin disease, and parvovirus.
10. I further agree to take all necessary actions or precautions to ensure that my dog is continuously free of contagious, infectious, or otherwise communicable disease.
11. I allow and consent to allow my dog to be photographed, videotaped, and/or used in any media or advertising by The Doggy Day Care Centre.
12. I understand that The Doggy Day Care Centre will not be held responsible for the loss or damage to any items left with my pet during time in our care. This includes, but is not limited to, collars, leads, beds, bags, and food containers. We also do not permit the attachment of GPS trackers or AirTags to collars and/or harnesses during time in our care.
13. I allow and consent to The Doggy Day Care Centre using an alternative lead, other than the one I provide, for my dog during daily walks.
14. I further understand and agree that each of the terms stated above will be in force every time my dog attends The Doggy Day Care Centre.
15. I consent to my dog in our care being crated during transportation and in an emergency situation.
16. I consent that The Doggy Day Care Centre may store any personal information about myself, my pet(s), and any emergency contact details that I have submitted.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of The Doggy Day Care Centre or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.

8. User Accounts

If you create an account on the Website:

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate and current information.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Website is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Doggy Day Care Centre disclaims all warranties, express or implied. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Website, including but not limited to indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
