5. Information About Your Dog

We require information about your dog’s health, temperament, and behaviour. This allows us to ensure both your dog and those already in our care have a safe, fun, and enjoyable time with us.

Please note that your dog must complete an enrolment period before attending The Doggy Day Care Centre. Please contact your local centre for more information.

If we believe that your dog may not enjoy or benefit from our environment for any reason, we will suggest that The Doggy Day Care Centre is not suitable for your dog. We say this with the kindest of intentions.

After completing your registration form, we will also require copies of your dog’s current vaccination record.

6. Dog Owner Agreement

I understand that I am solely responsible for any and all harm caused by my dog while attending The Doggy Day Care Centre.
I further understand and agree that, in admitting my dog, The Doggy Day Care Centre has relied on my representation that my dog is in good health and has not harmed or shown aggression or threatening behaviour towards any person or dog.
I understand that during normal dog play, my dog may sustain injuries. All play is carefully monitored to avoid injury, but scratches, punctures, or other minor injuries may occur despite the best supervision.
I understand that The Doggy Day Care Centre is a place where animals mix freely, and I am responsible for the medical treatment of any injury or illness my dog receives while at daycare. I agree to pay all costs arising as a result of injury or illness.
I understand that if I fail to provide proof of current vaccinations, or if my dog’s vaccinations are incomplete, The Doggy Day Care Centre staff have the right to refuse service until valid proof is provided.
I understand and agree that any behavioural or health problems that develop with my dog will be treated as deemed best by The Doggy Day Care Centre staff, at their sole discretion, and that I will assume full financial responsibility for any and all expenses involved.
I authorise The Doggy Day Care Centre to obtain medical records and/or treatment for my dog in the event of injury or illness from my vet or the nearest available veterinary clinic.
I understand that bitches must not be brought into The Doggy Day Care Centre while in season.
I understand that although my dog is vaccinated against kennel cough, there remains a possibility of contracting kennel cough whilst attending The Doggy Day Care Centre.
I agree to notify The Doggy Day Care Centre of any infectious or contagious disease or condition my dog has been exposed to or is affected by. Diseases and conditions include, but are not limited to, kennel cough, fleas, worms, hepatitis, infectious skin disease, and parvovirus.
I agree to take all necessary actions to ensure that my dog remains free from contagious, infectious, or otherwise communicable disease.
I consent to my dog being photographed, filmed, or otherwise featured in media or advertising produced by The Doggy Day Care Centre.
I understand that The Doggy Day Care Centre cannot be held responsible for the loss of, or damage to, any items left with my dog during their time in our care. This includes, but is not limited to, collars, leads, beds, bags, and food containers. GPS trackers and AirTags may not be attached to collars or harnesses while dogs are in our care.
I consent to The Doggy Day Care Centre using an alternative lead, other than the one I provide, for my dog during daily walks.
I understand and agree that each of the terms above will apply every time my dog attends The Doggy Day Care Centre.
I consent to my dog being crated while in our care during transportation, in the event of an emergency, and during rest breaks when necessary to ensure their safety and wellbeing.
I consent to The Doggy Day Care Centre storing any personal information about myself, my pet(s), and any emergency contact details that I have provided.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of The Doggy Day Care Centre or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.

8. User Accounts

If you create an account on the Website:

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
